Can I change my keyword?
It is possible to change your keyword, however this is not recommended once the service is operational. Please contact your

How can I change my password?
Select Profile from the main menu, enter the current password and the new password (twice for security) then press Change Password. A new copy of your updated account details will be automatically emailed to you by
txtjock
.
Why do the Received Messages disappear from the screen?
Messages are only displayed until they receive a reply from the system. If the operator sends a One-Button Reply or Personal Reply message, OR the system sends a default reply message after the timeout period, the message will automatically disappear from the screen.
Can I send a reply to more than one Received Message at a time?
Yes, by selecting one or more messages before each reply. To select multiple messages, simply click on each message BEFORE you send the reply. (selected messages are displayed in RED)
How do I change the default message time-out period?
Click on the menu option
Config
, then click on the down arrow to select your time-out period. Don't forget to click Save to store your new parameter setting.
Why do my One-Button Reply messages keep changing?
If your One-Button Reply messages change or disappear each time you login, someone else may be changing them OR, you may have forgotten to
Save
your previous messages. Remember, Always press the
Save
button at the bottom of the One-Button Reply window, to store your new messages.
Why doesn't my SONG request show in the Received Messages window?
By default, the SONG, POLL, CONTEST and all CUSTOM keywords are not displayed in the received messages window. To display your song requests, click
Filter
, then select
Show
next to Song Requests, then press
Save
to store your new parameter setting.
How can I review messages processed by the system?
Select
History
from the menu, then press
Submit
to review all messages. To narrow your search, you may enter the month, day and year, a time window, or even a celphone number!
